This has become our favourite place whenever we visit Würzburg. Large menu card, with choices for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner or drinks, cocktails till for euros, small dishes for euros in happy hour, Schnitzel and many other big dishes till euros, breakfast till midday for half price, service fast, smiling staff and efficient. Wonderful environment, many options to sit inside or outside, for smokers or non smokers. Highly recommended.
Was here a year ago and it was excellent. I had a wonderful experience and evening. I know corona times are tough on the industry but still ... The two tapas dishes were not freshly made for me. They’d obviously been reheated especially the dates...which were the size of your average olive and totally hard and overcooked. A regular told me they were under new management. Hopefully my experience was an anomaly.
We decided to come to Fuego und Escalera one Sunday evening when our options were limited. We were pleased with the nice outdoor seating area with large heaters. The drinks were good. The tapas were very good. I recommend going with one of the chef's...recommended tapas flights. The service was friendly and fast.
We‘ve visited the restaurant at lunch time on a Thursday. The place has a nice atmosphere, the waitress was very nice. The prices were reasonable, especially compared to the delicious food they serve. We had a lovely lunch and the cocktails were fantastic. Réservez une table maintenant
As a Spanish I would say that the tapas are AWFUL they don’t taste like anything are purely just fried (and not even the frying is good) but for other stuff such as a full dish, like meat it’s good and it’s tasty (But...please avoid the Tapas)
With anticipation went to the restaurant. I wanted to try the tapas. Unfortunately, I had to convince myself to the daily special about 5 tapas. Unfortunately, the 5 tapas are selected by the cook
We had a great evening there! Great ambience, excellent cocktails, delicious food and attentive service! Nothing to complain and not the great price for the cocktails at Mo/Di/Mi!
Stopped by because of good reviews....was not disappointed. Had the Schnitzel and a few beers, it was great. Attentive service and friendly staff. Give it a try when in Würzburg. Réservez une table maintenant
My wife I both had a really good meal here, I had an Argentinian rump steak my wife had Pork schnitzel, no room for desserts! Great service too good prices, highly recommended!
