The food lacked flavor which was very disappointing. The queso was thin as soup. Some of the tacos were loaded with the cheap ingredients, such as refried beans, and had little meat. The salsas were okay. I had to add salt to all of them to make themmore enjoyable. The tortillas and tortilla chips are pretty good. The restaurant was over all pretty clean with friendly staff.The prices do not reflect the quality of the product. The quality needs to improve or price needs to go down. The the woodbenches outside have broken planks and nails sticking out. This is very dangerous and should be fixed ASAP to prevent injury tosomeone.
This restaurant is a great spot with friendly staff and delicious food. They offer a wide variety of fountain drinks to choose from. You will definitely leave full after dining here. The parking is located off Frontage road near I 35 N in Waco, close to the Baylor campus. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with enough space to move around, and the staff can adjust chairs to accommodate groups of 4 to 6 people. There is also a large high chair table for larger groups.
I would give the service a higher score if I could, that's for sure! The attractive young man who took my order, I believe his name was Jackson, was incredibly enthusiastic about selling tacos. He had a genuine passion for his job and really made me smile. He even joked that he was there for me in a "queso emergency."
Fuego's never disappoints! This was my first time stopping in for breakfast, I had the Sunday brunch taco. It was full of flavor, and one taco was very filling! The service today was wonderful. We were greeted and the manager (I believe) stopped by our table to check on our meal! 10/10 recommend!

This restaurant has amazing tacos with a wide variety of choices. Chris, the manager, is fantastic and always makes customers feel welcome. The servers who bring the food to the table are polite and friendly. You can never go wrong with a Fuego taco, no matter what time of day.
Place was super clean, food was fresh, good serving sizes, and the staff was super friendly. Love this place!
