The food here is generally good with nice portions. However, this place struggles severely in one category: It's service. I have been here many times and each time I have had to wait 20-25 minutes for my food. I understand it can take a while with the lunch and dinner rush but I have never been here when it is at all crowded and yet my food still takes forever. I was just here the other day and only one other family was in the restaurant. It took nearly half an hour to get our food. Not sure what the hold up was. I ordered a deconstructed guacamole salad for pickup and I knew I’d have to wait a little since I’d just placed the order. I waited there for 15 minutes, I am the only person in this place, and after that 15 minutes the guy at the front realized my order had been done for about 10 minutes and he “just saw it.” After that I got home to eat my salad and there’s no avocado. A guacamole salad with no avocado and no dressing. We are in a recession, no one likes wasting money, and avocado is expensive so I paid for the avocado. Our go to place to order when we want a treat but also wanna feel healthy is FUEL. This particular Sunday we were having a bit of trouble. Their website was only offering pick up and then grub hub was missing the menu item I wanted to try. We called and the store's manage, TJ answered. He was super kind and accommodating. He recommended Uber eats and even offered to personally make our order if we ran into another glitch. Great customer service ! He kept an eye out for our order and was totally chill when I asked for a side of salsa w/ my dragon nachos! Thanks for being so accommodating TJ :
I am constantly disappointed when I order sweet potato fries at this restaurant because they are consistently served to me cold and hard. I have to request fresh fries every time I visit. It is disheartening to think that this is the quality of food this establishment chooses to offer their customers, especially considering the prices they charge. It appears that the staff may not care about the quality of the products they serve.

Its sad to hear the place is temporarily closed.Even though I decided to just have a fuel juice, the food especially the soup seemed to be very tempting.I must say, the food is not only super healthy but also without any compromise on the taste ITS DELICIOUS!The soup of the day was the highlight. The staff is really friendly! Definitely recommend this place for food and drinks!
This restaurant used to be my favorite place for lunch. However, on two separate occasions in the past month, I had to leave before receiving my food without receiving a refund. The staff was unfriendly and rude to the few customers who were waiting. I attempted to give them another opportunity, but I will not be returning to this establishment.
This location is one of the best locations when it comes to customer service, friendly attitudes and the food speaks for itself. My favorite drink is the Green Machine and nobody knows how to make a mean shake or a perfect salad like Michelle. I most recently had the new Cobb Salad and it was just what a Cobb Salad should be.
I usually don't leave negative reviews for restaurants, but I had to make an exception for this one. The way they treat their delivery people is unacceptable. If you don't want to do it, then don't sign up for the app. I visited on a Sunday and the server was extremely rude and unprofessional.

The food here is great! My bf and I just went here for the first time. I got a rice bowl and my bf got a sandwich. We also split an açaí bowl and everything tasted amazing!! Also the staff that was there was so friendly and helpful. 10/10
I used to love fuel but my recent order was awful. It had about five black beans, a couple tomatoes and the rest is all rice.
