So I’ve passed this place so often. Even get my car done next door. Today I finally went in. So I was greeted by Jasmine, and she could not of been more welcoming and kind. So Fuel Everything sourced locally and as fresh and flavorful as the title suggests. I went with an omelette that was cooked to perfection, added the Chorizo Potatoes, Avocado and salsa. 10/10 Coffee was really good, topped up with a generous pour! Really nice touch was having the chef ask if I was enjoying my meal! I will for sure be a regular here! Clean operation and they also do dinner three nights a week! Menu chafing all the time. Outside seating in the beautiful fall sunshine! You need to come here!
We made a reservation a week in advance. On the day of our reservation the restaurant proceeded to modify our dinner time without our consent and followed up with a phone call AFTER. We’ve agreed to new time. 2 hours before agreed upon dinner time the restaurant called again asking for yet another change of reservation siting 4th of July . ?? . At this point I’ve asked if we should come at all and the manager said no. Do not come. This is the most bizarre experience we’ve had ever. Naturally, nobody is coming back.
An exceptional breakfast with high-quality, fresh ingredients, generous portions and a great latte. The staff is warm and attentive without being in your room. After eating, I sat to do something while I was drinking the latte and felt comfortable, just BE. Clean and light atmosphere with dedicated local males interacting with the staff, including the owners, like Cheers. Wilmette is lucky to have fuel.
Rode our bikes here on a beautiful day and sat outside. One of the best breakfasts I've ever had, especially in the suburbs! The French toast was perfection and the service could not have been better. Anna-Marie was our server and she was on top. She made great recommendations and you could say how much pride she had in the quality of food. Will definitely come back!

Fuel is a little gem hidden by the train station in Wilmette. My husband and I have been coming here for breakfast for over a year now and am embarrassed that I have yet to thank this team for the amazing food, hospitality and service by writing a review. Tim is always so friendly we feel like we are at home. There is no better egg sandwich in the city!
