Very disappointed. I have ordered a turkey burger many times from here. It was always juicy and delicious. This time it was awful. Tasted as if they microwaved cardboard until it turned gray and hard. It was hard as a rock. And I first noticed this when it was delivered deconstructed and I had to put it back together. I picked up the burger and it was so hard. Took a bite and surprised I didn’t crack my tooth. Awful, no taste, disgusting. Threw it away. I don’t mind prices going up if quality stays the same. My family and I get fuel all the time for a quick and easy lunch. It is not only great tasting wise but the customer service is impeccable. Today, they were very busy and the wait time was a little bit longer than expected (normally they have it ready in like 5 minutes) and a couple people were being impatient. The girl (I wish I know her name) at the cash register was working her tail off and could only do so much and handled this very well. She warned me of the wait time but still apologized many times and then gave the smoothie I ordered for free. The work ethic and her service was great and it is so appreciative. I will obviously be back. Thank you!!!!!
I stopped in to grab a quick lunch to go because I was working nearby. Mostly the staff is in the back talking with each other really loud. Nobody really looked up. Finally someone acknowledged me and took my payment. The rice bowl was fine. I'm not likely to stop in here again. There are maybe nine restaurants on the same block.
Today, I visited Fuel in South Philly and encountered a rude and ignorant trans Mexican girl at the front counter. The customer service was very poor. I have always enjoyed Franko's food, but if he doesn't fire her, I will not be returning. I miss the customer service at the Walnut location.

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, and the atmosphere is fantastic. I especially enjoy the TBM with pesto and the spinach and artichoke dip with pita - both dishes are amazing! Rocco, the owner, is doing a wonderful job expanding the restaurant. Keep up the good work!
The restaurant is very average. They claim to offer healthy options, but the food is just okay. I found a hair on my vegetables and the sweet potato fries were disappointing. The smoothie was decent, but it's not hard to make a good smoothie with peanut butter and honey.
Great food.... Sluggish inattentive service. People waiting a half hour for one smoothie and they're not very busy. Watched the kid up front forget 3 people's orders as I sat here and ate my kale salad, which was amazing lol
I ordered the sweet potato bowl and was disappointed. The rice was dry and the strange cheese sauce didn't complement the dish well. Overall, the meal tasted terrible. I hope that other items on the menu are better.

The service was excellent…Brittney was amazing! The food was incredibly delicious. This is hands down the best vegan food I've had in Philadelphia! I will definitely be coming back regularly!
The service is as good as the protein buster I come in for every day. Also recommend the turkey burger for when I need more protein.Food: 5/5
