We arrived early for a reservation and were seated immediately after our temperature was checked. Our server Jenny was a delight! We ordered shumai and Idaho fries to start both were delicious. I ordered several rolls including the Spicy Girl, Jalapeño roll and Philadelphia maki. My fellow dinner mate ordered a sashmi combination and enjoyed it. We finished with fried ice cream and a Chocolate wrapped maki for dessert. Overall the dinner was amazing, great atmosphere. Only complaint would be the pricing is a bit high but makes up for it in the presentation and taste...everything was excellent.
I am a big fan of Fugakyu over many years. However of late the service, while very good, has been way too fast. Appetizers and miso at the same time and the main course delivered too quickly. Definitely get the impression we are being rushed and last two meals total time was 20 min when you would like to relax and enjoy the meal. They need to slow down on the rapid service.
It was a really nice experience. My husband, my son and I were celebrating my birthday. The food was amazing, so was the service. My son enjoyed feeding the fish. The server gave him a cup with food to feed them, he also loved the little robot going around the restaurant. Totally recommended. We will definitely be back again!
excellent service. excellent environment. beautiful decoration. very good food. very good drinks. the price was above what we pay in average for eating on the same amount of food and drink, so it is a little expensive, but this is expected.

Ambience (4/5): One of my favorite features is the individual cubicles designed for groups. While it might not be the most stunning venue, these cubicles add a unique charm to the experience.
The service was really slow. We had to ask for the table we reserved (the private room). The tv didn’t work. There was dust everywhere. The only good thing about it was the food.
The ambiance and service were excellent. I ordered sushi, which I felt was overpriced and not particularly noteworthy. However, the appetizers were quite delicious.
Unfortunately very expensive and less than mediocre sushi Not worth the money when there are many other choices
