Fuji Sushi Steak House

I'm sure this restaurant has many good items on the menu given the variety and plethora of good reviews. However, I can only speak for what I ordered, which was honestly subpar. I ordered the crab tar tar and the sashimi deluxe. The crab tar tar was ok, but it was honestly kind of boring. The sashimi was not very high quality, which was disappointing. The tuna was really fishy, the salmon was low quality, and everything just was not really good. I am disappointed, perhaps if I ordered something cooked, like from the hibachi menu, I would've had a better experience. But at the moment, this is the review I can give. We had a group of 10 for a birthday celebration. It was so fun. Our 8yo Grandson has never experienced food being cooked right in front of you with the flames, jokes, and excitement from the chef. Food was GREAT, atmosphere was awesome, and the entire experience was well worth it!! We will definetly go back! The teriyaki chicken and steak was fantastic. The portions were very generous! To top it off, they sang a very festive Happy Birthday to the birthday boy! Thanks Fuji!!!!!

Always a stop when we're in Eau Claire area! I eat light but will force myself to eat all of my chicken teriyaki bento box, Check sometimes takes a bit to come but never had any issues with food or service in the dozens of times we make a stop.

It is not an authentic Japanese food, but a restaurant close to the Asian Fusion restaurant. The raw materials of the food were cooked using fresh ingredients, and the friendly staff was very impressive. Réservez une table maintenant

Ambiance could be better, the look of the building itself felt dated old. The food was good the bathrooms were clean, the prices weren't terrible the staff were kind.
