I went here with a group of friends for a birthday and I really enjoyed it. They were pretty busy on a Saturday night and our group of 8 still got seated right away because they pushed some tables together.The menu had a lot of options and I decided to get the bulgogi entree. It came with the soup and salad both of which I really enjoyed. The entree itself was really good and a good portion size. It had lots of onions.My friend got the bulgogi bento box which was more expensive but came with a lot more food. It was probably enough food to share for two.Some of my other friends ordered sushi (tuna tataki) and fried rice, both of which they really enjoyed. We were all satisfied with their meal...
The food is out of sight! Really, really good. The service was lacking though, the server we had was a young gentleman who wore a hat, but it was backwards. He looked like he was goofing around clapping his hands loudly and whistling. Took a minute to get the drinks and when we asked for the check, he gave another table their tab and didn’t bring ours. I found it funny, when “I’m gathering,” the owner? came out and saw a dirty towel left on a table… that(our server) was cleaning. The girl that was doing Togo looked like she had her stuff together.Despite: check it out! The food won’t disappoint.
We had some of the freshest and most delicious sushi we've ever tasted at this restaurant! I highly recommend it; the owners are incredibly friendly! If you're in the mood for a great meal, look no further—your stomach will thank you! It's important to support our local restaurants, and you’ll likely become a regular just like us!

We decided to try a different place than our usual spot and this was a nice little gem. They had a nice selection of rolls and is quaint inside and not too busy. The service was great. Everything was super fresh. I would highly recommend this place.
Their happy hour is amazing, and the service is excellent. The food is served quickly and is delicious! This is my go-to place for sushi, and I highly recommend the monster roll—it's my favorite!

I hadn't been to Fuji Yama in a while, and I was pleased to find that the food has improved and the service was excellent.
