I had a truly terrible experience with the food at this restaurant! I've never felt the need to complain about a place before, but this was unacceptable. I ended up throwing the entire order away because we simply couldn’t bring ourselves to eat it. The lo mein had an overpowering burnt smell and taste that made it inedible. The broccoli was mushy and flavorless, and the boneless spareribs tasted like they had been coated in ketchup. The fried dumplings were also burnt and had a horrible taste. It's disappointing to see such a lack of pride in your establishment. If you can’t do better, maybe it’s time to close your doors. I just wasted $60, and then had to spend another $40 on pizza to feed...
I honestly don’t understand how this restaurant stays in business. When I called to inquire about MSG in their food, the person on the line assured me there was none. However, when I visited the restaurant and asked again why there wasn’t a “no MSG” label on the menu, the staff member responded defensively, telling me he doesn't use MSG and instructing me to leave, all with a very rude attitude. It seemed like he didn't want me there just for asking a simple question. Additionally, the place had an unpleasant smell of burnt oil and appeared quite dirty. If I could give it a zero, I would! From what I've read in other reviews, it seems the food isn't very good either.
Furama is hands down the best Chinese takeout restaurant I've ever tried. My family and I have been loyal customers since we moved to the area 17 years ago. Some of my favorite dishes on the menu include the chicken and broccoli combo, fried wontons, chow fun, egg drop wonton soup, pork fried rice, and crab rangoons. Whenever we crave tasty chicken wings and french fries, we still order from them because they are simply amazing. To sum it up, if I could choose only one meal for the rest of my life, I would want it to be from Furama.
FIRST, they stopped taking PAYPAL.NOW, my food order is an hour late. I ordered at 5:15PM for an 8:00 Delivery. (plenty of time).I've torn my meniscus, so It's REALLY hard for me to get up and down the stiars. I've now done this twice to find no food. I called the restaurant and the guy who answered said 5 mins. FUNNY, that's how long it takes to get here from the restaurant.THAT'S IT. I'M DONE with them!!!!!

We visited this restaurant for lunch after hearing great things about it from others, and we were not disappointed. The staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. The food was outstanding, and we savored every moment of our meal. We will definitely return and highly recommend this spot to everyone!
I ordered an egg drop soup. Don't know how you can go wrong with that, But the eggs were overdone and the soup had a very burnt smell to it, It kind of smells like a wet dog smell. I couldn't taste any salt either. I couldn't even finish the soup , it was that
The best thing I got was the egg roll. The chicken broccoli was rubbery and the beef lo mein was bland. Also the noodles smelled of smoked rice for one reason or another. More than likely won't order from here again.
The food was outstanding! Every aspect, from the texture and spices to the presentation, was perfect.

It was mediocre overall; the food lacked flavor. However, the chicken wings were quite good.
This restaurant serves the best Chinese food in town—it's my top choice without a doubt!
