I absolutely love Fusion Caribbean American Grill! The service is top-notch, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is fantastic. The owners are incredibly friendly, and the music adds the perfect vibe to the dining experience. I highly recommend this local gem, and I make sure to stop by every time I'm in the area. Let me just say this. This place was definitely well worth the stop. I was looking for some authentic Puerto Rican or Dominican food and they delivered. Not literally... I was the only customer in the restaurant at the time so waiting wasn't really much of an issue. The establishment was clean, and well organized. There was easily enough seating for a large group, or if you were to be like me and sit by yourself, it wouldn't be out of place. The staff was very friendly and very attentive to my requests. I went for the Mofongo with garlic shrimp, and it was pretty good. The shrimp were well seasoned, Mofongo was well seasoned and tasted pretty authentic. I will definitely be back there again!

A rear find if not in the immediate vicinity off US-1 near Quantico. Family owned and operated. This place has some of the best authentic Latin Caribbean cuisines in VA. Food is made fresh to order and never fails to hit the spot. I've tried majority of the items on menu but what gets me every time is their sancocho (Soup) for those not familiar. Great place to bring the family especially if stationed on Quantico or in the immediate area short drive if in Woodbridge area. Also on weekends they might have live music, dancing or even karaoke. Make sure you have a drink while you wait for your meal the margarita is house made and is very addictive. You won't be disappointed trust!

I was on a road trip on my way down to Georgia and I just stopped to grab a bite to eat from this spot because there was heavy traffic ahead. I'm so happy I stopped at the right place. The food was excellent as well as the service ...the oxtail was pretty amazing! Food was freshly cooked so it took a little while, but it was well worth the wait! This was definitely better and healthier than any of the fast food options that are available when taking a road trip. Réservez une table maintenant

This place has long been frequenting it, a family atmosphere, 5 star food Very good taste, little places like this have so much taste in their meals. A little bit, El Dueño is a well-responsive person always looking for a way to be able to have you with the best service. A very tasty oxtail stew, I got in Stafford which was unexpected! I also got a frozen margarita. The oxtail was cooked perfectly and literally was falling off the bone full of flavor
