They cruise to the top of Korean/Asian restaurants in Spokane County. Everything and I do mean everything was excellent. We ordered five dishes, including two that leaned perhaps a little too Chinese for my preference, and not a bad bite was had in the bunch. I'll spare you a lengthy description of each plate, but will say that all meats/vegs/noodles/etc were wonderfully fresh and expertly prepared. Fortunately, Korean joints tend not to completely Americanize their product, and in the end we patrons score. Best Korean food in town. Wholeheartedly agree with gcleff11's review. Fusion is by far the best Korean restaurant there is in Spokane. I am Korean and I've tried all the others, but none compare to the taste and flavors of Fusion's cuisine. It comes very close to my mom's home cooking! We've been loyal patrons since they had their location on Sprague. Airway Heights may be a bit out of the way for us, but the crave for authentic Korean food always keeps us going back.
