So... I went to Fusion 128 for my amazing monthly 3 course meal for $65. Tonight I was blown away watching David and his managers hospitality in motion. Then This young guy walks in the door and up to the desk to hand in his resume looking for his chance at a job, not 2 minutes later after a very quick conversation with David the owner, he is now serving behind the bar and delivering immaculate service to every table. I think he has the job!! David you have restored not only hunger but my faith in humanity. Big thumbs up!!
The serving size, taste and presentation of the food has improved considerably since my last visit here. A good range of cocktails, wines and beers available.The service of drinks and food was average but we were a very large table of 15 people so can they can be forgiven for this. The atmosphere and lighting is well suited for an intimate or relaxed dining experience. A nice surprise at the end of the meal was a magic show performed by David that was entertaining. I would return again.
The choice of food and the quality was OK, not great but pleasant enough. The downside was the service which was inattentive to the point where we had to get up and request some service. Pleasant enough once we had their attention but it happened twice.Wouldn't take much, just train staff to sit and provide menus and water within 5 minutes of people arriving. Them come back within another 10 to ask for drinks orders and whether people are ready to order their food.
My wife and I had dinner there (won the Facebook competition) tonight. Absolutely sensational meal!!! Oysters kilpatrick, scallop and prawns (entrees) were very nice. Twice cooked pork belly and chicken Ballantine (mains) were sensational, and creme brulee and chocolate tasting plate for dessert were to die for. Excellent service from Luke (I think) and David was also very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work.

I always enjoy my meal here although I do think the deserts are a little pricey. I feel the menu is in need of an update but I also realise that its difficult if present items are all selling well. I'm just getting a bit bored with current menu.I would also have lunch here more often if there were more choices that weren't burger or sandwich orientated.

The meal was fantastic, decor great and stafff were attentive and friendly. The owner, David, was superb even throwing in some magic tricks at the table to entertain. An excellent evening!
Scrumptous food, friendly staff and value for money prices. One negative was the noise levels when the restraunt filled up. Some noise attenuation wouldn't go astray.

What a range of pies and sausage rolls!! The pies are large and very filling, freshly baked everyday and are totally the right food when it is a cold
After a change in ownership, the pies are as fantastic as ever but the salads on the side have gone downhill.
