I would give this ZERO stars if I could. The owner Manish needs to learn how to run a business!! His employees are not happy and as an owner you should have a focus on customer service! Providing basic necessities as water and bathroom even when you buy a sandwich should be given. Avoid this location at all cost then he’ll understand how to run a business. I am sad that I ended up ordering if I had known I would have walked out. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The restaurant is too expensive, never answers the phone and always goes to voicemail. Their closing time changes daily - Google says they close at 9 pm but they really close whenever they want. The portion sizes are very small and not worth the cost. Overall, the service and food were rated a 2 out of 5. Takeout is available for dinner and the price per person ranges from $20 to $30.
I love Subway so I stopped in this location to pick up a sandwich while traveling on the road. Both bathrooms were locked so I asked for a key and they said they were both out of order . I asked the person behind the counter what bathroom they use and they said they wait till they go home. Needless to say I walked out without a sandwich and won 't be returning. Service: 1
Honestly, they measure out the toppings they add to your sandwich. It's very stingy. You only get two small slices of cheese, two of ham, and five of salami. The rest is mostly lettuce with just two thin slices of tomato. The amount of oil and vinegar is minimal. It's absurd. This is not how you attract customers. They need to step up their game. I ordered a Titan turkey sandwich and it was filled with lettuce. The restaurant was stingy and rude, but the one redeeming factor was Juan, who provided excellent service. I hope they can improve their management in the future. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and food were all disappointing. The price per person ranged from $10 to $20.
The restaurant door was locked at 3:55 with two girls inside just sitting and talking. I knocked on the door to see if they were open, but they just looked at me and ignored me.
