I loved it here. Parkings a little tough in Ridgewood because the parkimg meter guy is a ginnie. He is out there looking for meters that are a second over. And will ticket you if you are not in your car or are extending your time to stay in the spot.Now for the coffee at Rey Sol Coffee all I have to say is get any iced coffee and you'll get an iced coffee bear ? to compliment your drink. This used to be my favorite café in Ridgewood, but today my family (a party of three) was turned away because the staff couldn't ask either of the two single patrons to move from the only two available four-person tables. There was an open two-person table as well. It's frustrating that no effort was made to accommodate us.
I just tried their avocado toast for the first time and it was hands down the best one I've ever had. It was so flavorful and every ingredient went so well together You can tell a lot of thought went into every detail. This is some NYC quality food found locally. Highly recommend this place.
Wow, I discovered a hidden gem at this restaurant! The breakfast is excellent, beautifully presented. However, I do find the prices a bit high for the small portion sizes; otherwise, I would order from here much more often.

This is the best avocado toast I've ever tasted. The poached egg is always cooked to perfection, and the toast never turns soggy. Absolutely delicious!
