Totally disappointedFrequented this location many, many times in the past and always enjoyed it....Not so much now.Flew in to STL for work this week and ate here earlier this week when I arrived. There were only two other tables and it took 25 min for our lunch and they messed it up.Today..45 minutes to get our food and only 4 other tables with guest. Items finally started coming out randomlyI ordered 2 shrimp and 2 brisket...only got two Brisket. When I asked "we don 't have a ticket for that "It took so long I couldn 't wait anymore and just left without them.The floors are sticky, tables not cleaned, bathrooms not clean, Sweet tea..wasn 't sweet, Dr Pepper was out and they were out of Cri...
Can't really speak about the food because we never got served. 2 days in a row, I went here and was never served. I left because nobody would serve us. Day 1 the bartender never asked what I wanted. He just sat in front of me washing dishes, never asked me what I wanted and walked away into the kitchen. Day 2 nobody was in line to order. We sat at the bar and a different bartender never asked what to get us. People started to come in after us and she just kept serving people that came in after. We asked to be seen and they said after the line is taken care of. This place just absolutely sucks. The atmosphere was very ancient. Not typical fuzzies. Don't go here
Visiting from out of town and thought this would be a great little place to check out. Food was good but the employee was so obnoxious that we couldn't wait to leave. There weren't a ton of other customers there, but he was loud and obnoxious, yelling out to people in the kitchen, laughing loud enough that it echoed throughout the entire restaurant. He also kept focusing on the tv above him, even gesturing for customers to wait a minute while he finished watching. Also, the bathrooms were really dirty and floors were extremely sticky.
The restaurant was quite unclean inside. I waited a long time before receiving any service and felt completely ignored by the staff. They were out of one of the items I ordered and made a substitution without consulting me. Additionally, there were missing utensils and straws in the drink area, and this was at 11:00 AM, which is close to their opening time. After sitting down at my table on the patio, I started eating and noticed ants crawling on my tray. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience!

We visited in May 2024 and were very disappointed with both the service and the food. We waited 30 minutes for a burrito and a burrito bowl, and when they arrived, the seasoned beef in the burrito tasted like it had just been salted—with no hint of cumin or chili powder. This place used to be fantastic before the pandemic, but it seems to have lost its touch.
I'll begin with a good report on the lady who took our orders. she was very helpful. HOWEVER, the food as terrible! The cook was rude, the drink machines hardly worked, and the place was filthy. West Port could use some nice restaurants. Why not upscale this restaurant and make it a crowd pleaser!
We waited over an hour for mediocre food and incomplete orders. I get that unexpected rushes sometimes happen but it’s a Friday night and there are 4 people total staffed. I don’t blame the staff. They’re doing the best they can but the lack of management presence was embarrassing. Do better.
As a tourist, I expected to know when alcohol could be served. I ordered and paid for my drinks, assuming they would be brought to me. After waiting 10 minutes for my beers, I discovered they had been left on the bar for me to collect myself.

The lady taking my groups' order got three orders incorrect and our food took a long time to arrive and 3 meals of our group of 7 took even longer to be served. But the food was excellent!
I used to go to the St Charles location before it closed. And it was amazing.But this location was a step down in quality.Not sure I'll come back
