Great place for karaoke. Room is more spacious than other karaoke places. The food is a bit expensive for the portions but is worth it when you get a room when you hit a minimum spend. It's also unlimited time. The staff don't seem to have the same rules. One staff member will say we're allowed something and another will say we're not which makes things really confusing. There's also no BYO.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. It was very easy to make a reservation, unlike other places I have been to. Just be aware that a bottle of spirits can be pricey, around $200. So make sure to budget accordingly. Despite this, I found the experience well worth it!
Went here for a social function. Whilst it was fun, there were a few negatives which included our room stank of stale cigarettes, our karaoke machine kept freezing and the staff came in a number of times to fix it, we ordered food which took a while to come out and was luke-warm.

Great experience! The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Very easy to book unlike other places I appreciate. A bottle of spirits will cost you around 200. So ready to pay. But it was worth it!
Tried to hire a room on Friday They wanted to charge over $600 for 1 hour . Wasn't friendly All these Karaoke lounges are across from each other It's not like Asia ! Avoid at all costs.
Staff are always happy to attend. The rooms are great. Location is perfect. The only thing that needs to improve is my singing.
