Leider war die Wartezeit extrem lang, da die Online-Kasse total überfüllt war mit nicht-online-Käufern (obwohl damit geworben wird, schnell abgefertigt zu werden). Außerdem drängelten sich andere Kunden vor, anstatt auf ihren Aufruf zur Kasse zu warten – das sorgt natürlich für Unruhe. Da die heutige Kundschaft so etwas braucht, sollten Systeme und Beschilderungen wie im Media Markt eingeführt werden. Ich war heute in der Herrenmode Abteilung. Ich bin 57 Jahre alt, und was ich dort erlebt habe ,übertrifft alles. Wir waren zu dritt einkaufen, mein Mann mein Schwager und ich. Wir wurden von Herrn Ceesay bedient. Dieser Mann ist ein Goldstück. So freundlich, mit viel Fachwissen und Stil. In meinem ganzen Leben bin ich noch nie so hervorragend bedient worden. Good place for breakfast and reasonably priced lunch. Good selection and lots of seating. Toilets next door are not free, payment of 50 cents expected. The restaurant itself offers no free toilets.
