We dropped by for an after school treat on a Friday and was very disappointed at the cleanliness.we didn't notice initially, but once we ordered and sat down, it was quite obvious the place needs a deep clean. The walls where we sat were adorned with chocolate finger marks and sweet coloured dribbles down the wall. The skirting board was disgusting and needs replacing. The service counter which began behind where we sat was dirty with black dust (behind the coffee syrups . Obviously not included in the cleaning regime.. We took our Boys Brigade Company last Friday to Gallone's for Pancakes and Ice Cream. 15 very excited 5-9 year olds and 4 staff. From the moment we arrived Molly Emily were fantastic with the boys, they kept them entertained and nothing was too much bother. The evening started off with a colouring competition, followed by making some batter, lessons on how to wrap cutlery and finally how cook a pancake (very hands on). We had a Gluten Free requirement and this was catered for really well with a separate batter and special Ice Cream! The boys came away buzzing with excitement and wanting to go again next week! Thank you so much for such a great evening.
Hi there l went to Gallone 's icecream parlour in kingsthorpe. So many fantastic icecream flavours and choice of toppings ' . The icecream parlour was amazing. Shop staff were really friendly and helpful. Gallone 's icecream was the best icecream l ever had absolutely delicious. I had a negative experience after purchasing a feast ice cream for my daughter from the ice cream van at Harlestone Firs. After she ate it, we discovered that it was 4 months past its best before date. Although the young girl working there was helpful and provided me with the manager's phone number, I have not received a call back from the manager after contacting him over 2 weeks ago.
