Giving a 5 following two bad experiences. We have been customers for over 18 years. We just love the quality. Really is much better than others...... great selection of quality food. The manager of the region had to talk with me re my complaint. However professional manager who sorted the issue. We re visited eccleston bakery twice this week and both times much better happy experience. The lady who hardly smiles is now smiling and the other lady not in, so all in all a great visit. We spend about £15 approx when we visit. That nice food for the family as a snack. But if you only wanted a lovely sausage roll then this is the place to be .

The selection of cakes, pastries, sausage rolls, and a variety of delightful dishes is outstanding. I couldn't resist the fresh steak pie, which was truly amazing. The bakery is exceptional, and the staff are lovely! It feels like a gem for someone in the city; I only wish it could be my local bakery!

The cakes here are absolutely delicious, and most of the staff are very friendly. However, there's a new employee who seems a bit unkempt and doesn't seem to understand how to communicate effectively.

Surprisingly excellent! The atmosphere is beautiful and clean, and the service is fast. The pink cake is only available on weekdays, but it's definitely worth the wait! Réservez une table maintenant
