I want to extend a heartfelt thanks to Adrien (the cashier whose name appears on my receipt) for coming in on his day off, Christmas Eve, just to make sure I received my pasta order. He wasn't aware that the deli would be closed when he took my order and had no way to reach me. So, he put a sign on the door asking me to call and was there waiting to hand my order to me as soon as I arrived. That level of customer service truly goes above and beyond. Thank you!
Overall, the food is good, and the staff is friendly, but the waiting time is incredibly long. Unfortunately, I've crossed this place off my list of eateries, even though it's very convenient, because waiting over 40 minutes for just one sandwich when there was only one person ahead of me is just too much. When I finally got home, I found that the Reuben sandwich wasn't even grilled. I'm really disappointed.
Hey there! Just had to tell you about my first time experience at this place. Let me start by saying, the food was absolutely amazing! I ordered the Big Apple Specialty Sandwich and paired it with a side of Metro Mustard Salad. Trust me, the ingredients were top-notch. And the staff? Super friendly! I had such a great time that I'm definitely going to be a regular here. Can't wait to go back!
