Ganso & Castor Cafe-Bistro

We went to have a breakfast on Sunday 14th May (Mother's day in Colombia, important point) and was, evidently, crowded. The importsnt point here was one client was sitting and reading the newspapers with the bill on the table for almost 20 mintues in a table for two pax and no one in the restaurant told him anything, even knowing outside were some people doing the line.The food is freaking delicious, service was most than perfect and was fast to serve. If you want to know a good french cousine in Medellín you can go Ganso & Castor.

A little bit pricey but oh my good the chocolate cake was to die for! I'd easy say that was the best chocolate cake I've ever had... And I've eaten a lot of cake! There was a little bit if a delay getting us the two hot drinks and cake we ordered (wasn't particularly busy) but it was definitely well worth the wait! A real gem.

Surprisingly the food is really good and worth stopping by. Yet the service needs a makeover: slow, serving warm drinks, could just be bothered to serve ice if asked, disinterested attitude, ...

I ordered the greek yogurt with tomatoe marmalade and was visually interesting and very tasteful. Coffee was very good!

Small quaint spot in el Poblado that actually sells mouth watering Quiche. Delicious pastries and a great breakfast.
