There were not many vegan options available at this restaurant, but the one vegan entree on the menu made up for it. The mushroom and wild rice dish was delicious, well-prepared, and satisfying. It was one of the best vegan meals I have had in the area. I suggest asking the bakery about vegan options, as they didn't have any when I visited but could easily accommodate if there is a demand for it.
Made from scratch, the restaurant was able to accommodate my dietary restrictions by preparing a delicious huevos rancheros dish without eggs or dairy. They even included a side of potato hash. This meal was truly one of the best I have ever had in the United States.
