Garibaldi Lift Co. Bar & Grill

My 9-year-old has celiac disease, so we visited the restaurant on a quiet day. There is no dedicated fryer, and the burgers contain breadcrumbs, but they do offer gluten-free bread rolls. Our server helped my child choose a grilled chicken burger with cheese and bacon, ketchup on the side, served on a gluten-free bun with a side of kale Caesar salad without croutons. She made sure the kitchen area was clean and safe for gluten-free preparation. We had a pleasant experience and were happy to find a meal that my child enjoyed with enthusiasm.

I asked about the vegan wings and the server said, "We got rid of them, but we now have ribs. ' and no, not vegan ribs, 'real ribs'. was disappointing because I really wanted this waffle to flow.

I frequent this restaurant often and it never fails to impress. My favorite dishes are the tempeh burger and the ahimi vegan bowl. They are both incredibly delicious.

The atmosphere was great! I only had time to try the nachos, but they also offer a local gluten-free beer, Whistler Brewing Co Forager.

I'm coming here a lot and I'm never disappointed. The Tempoburger and the ahimi vegan bowl are my favorites. Super delicious
