Having been a restaurant owner in Lafayette, I tend to be a bit more critical when dining out, but I try to be observant and fair in terms of my expectations. I’m generally easy to please and appreciate great customer service. When I receive excellent care, I'm more than willing to spend – I’ll gladly open my wallet! There is always an issue when I order from this restaurant. Although I don't order from them frequently, every time I do, something goes wrong. The first time I ordered, I requested a later delivery time, but they arrived an hour early because they misread the time. The second time I ordered a half cheese and half pepperoni pizza, but they only gave me a pepperoni pizza. Another time, the estimated delivery time was 6:30 pm, but they didn't arrive until 7:25 pm. The quality of the pizza is decent, but I'm hesitant to continue ordering from this local restaurant.
I work near Garlex Pizza and always enjoy their friendly and accommodating service. Whenever my boss treats us to lunch, we always choose Garlex. They bring our orders to us promptly and their cheeseburger is a must-try if you're not in the mood for pizza. The burger is delicious with its bread roll, Parmesan cheese, and toppings. The owner, Gary, is very kind and the atmosphere is casual with a great vibe from the employees. The menu has a lot of options and you can choose to dine in or take out. Don't just take my word for it - go try it for yourself!

However, there seems to be a lack of quality control in the service. My pizza was delivered 20 minutes late, and when I called to check on it, I was only told "it's coming" both times.

The pizza was terrible—overcooked, dry, and too salty. It seemed like they used cheap cheese, and charging $24.00 for a medium pepperoni pizza was outrageous. Honestly, a frozen medium pizza would be a far better option and only cost around $5 or $6. I definitely won't be ordering from here again.
The same staff has been there for years. The pizza is quick and easy, which the kids enjoy, and they also host parties there. However, the flavor of the pizza doesn't appeal much to adults. I'll eat it, but after trying better pizzas elsewhere, I would say this is one best reserved for the kids.
I took my kids to this restaurant, and they had a wonderful time in the playroom. The pizza and pasta were tasty, and my husband appreciated the wide variety of beers and the several TVs. The salad bar was another highlight.
Love this pizzeria. Jose is the stand out man! Great customer service and quality food and drinks. Not going to get bougie drinks, it's a pizza and beer kinda ol school setting.
