Gasthaus Roter Ochs

Wir haben aufgrund der guten Bewertungen einen Tisch im Roten Ochsen für vier Personen bestellt. Beim Betreten des Lokals war lediglich ein Tisch besetzt. Diese haben gezahlt und wir waren an einem Donnerstag Abend die einzigen Gäste. Bei der Bestellung wollten wir beim Sauerbraten anstatt des Blaukrauts Salat haben. "Das muss ich aber berechnen" so die Aussage. Naja wir sind aber trotzdem geblieben. Wir bestellten ein Merrettichschnitzel, ein Walberla Schnitzel und Schweinelendchen. Die Beilagen der Schnitzel einfach nur enttäuschend. Der Kartoffelsalat sauer, patzig, eiskalt und keinerlei Geschmack - außer sauer. Dies ist auch mit einem fränkischen Salat nicht zu entschuldigen, ich bin Frä...

Wir haben den 90sten meiner Mutter im kleinen Saal mit einem Buffet für 20 Personen gefeiert. Familie Scheller hat alles bestens organisiert, sogar der von uns gewünschte spanische Rotwein war vorhanden. In Vorbesprechungen wird alles geklärt - vom Begrüssungssekt bis zum Afterdinnersnack kann alles zusammengestellt werden, ebenso die Dekoration. Die Qualität ist Bestens und der Preis passt auch. Auch gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Haus um auch grössere Festlichkeiten zu feiern.. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlendswert.

At first we were afraid of something. the rustic impression with many holy figures in the windows near more bourgeois courts. Well, there was also my friend found excellent vegetarian dishes while I tried to melt alcohol. then we moved to the coffee on the terrace where we like it with cake and latte Macchiato. the gas house has a large space you do not notice from outside. in contrast to gastronomy very stylishly modern. overall very friendly.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, dieses einst sehr gutes Restaurant und Hotel. Schlafen kann man nicht mehr. Das Restaurantteil ist gemütlich aber fast keine Gäste. Das Essen war nicht gut. Wenn man kein Interesse mehr hat von ein Gastbetrieb etwas zu machen, sollte man es verkaufen. Es ist Schade, da das Gasthaus sehr gut und ruhig liegt Réservez une table maintenant

Thank you. We could celebrate our wedding just as we imagined it and I still regret that I couldn't eat before a loud excitement,as always tip: food,service,deco,deco ...all have been all the top, pictures follow!

Bei uns heißen sie "Schäufele" und ich hab noch nie bessere gegessenals hier. Vor allem die Kruste war herrlich. Auch meine Vorspeise, der selbstgebeizte Lachs, schmeckte köstlich. Wir kommen wieder!

Ein Dorfgasthof - eher rustikal eingerichtet. So leckeres Essen vermutet man nicht. Es war grandios. Und trotzdem sehr preiswert. Die Bierauswahl ist auch sehr gut.Wir kommen sicher wieder. Réservez une table maintenant

I celebrated my company anniversary there yesterday with 15 people. The selection and quality of the food was acute. Very recommended.
