Als Zwischenstation für unsere Hin - und Rückreise nach Italien haben wir den Gasthof Ochsen für uns entdeckt und das war eine sehr gute Entdeckung. Müllheim-Feldberg...ein absoluter ruhiger Ort...inmitten der Weinberge dieser schönen Gegend und der Gasthof Ochsen am Ortsrand, mit unverbautem Blick in die Natur. Sehr schöne und gemütliche Aussenterasse neben einem Kräuter-und Blumengarten. Das Haus...300 Jahre alt...die Räumlichkeiten uhrig...die Zimmer voll ok...und die Wirtsleute und ihr Team gelassen und routiniert, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Oberhammer ist die Küche. What can be better than going for dinner on a snowy white evening to a village inn/restaurant where the food is delicious and the decor soo very cosy??!! It was a wonderful experience....the snow outside and all the Christmas lights and Christmas trees, then the...warm ambience inside. It has been in the hands of the same family for 250 years and has been a restaurant all this time. How can it not be cosy?? Low ceilings, wooden beams, an old green enamelled furnace (don't actually know what it is called), a decorated Christmas tree, wooden seating all around and old household items used in the decor. Hier werden keine Experimente gemacht, hier wird nicht mit den Lebensmitteln experimentiert, hier wird auf ehrliche Weise traditionell gekocht: Das Resultat ist einfach sehr sehr gut. Als Stammgast freut man sich beim Durchblättern der Karte, dass noch alles geboten wird, was man schon oft genossen hat – der Löwenzahn-Salat mit geschnetzelter Leber, die Tagliolini mit Trüffeln, das Kotelett vom Iberico-Schwein mit Trüffelrisotto. Das Angebot auf der Karte und auch bei den drei Menüs bietet aber noch genug Überraschungen, wenn man etwas Neues ausprobieren möchte. Es schmeckt einfach immer. Lungo la strada che passa dalla chiesa del paese si trova questo grazioso ristorante. Offre piatti buoni e graziosi ben presentati...in uno c'erano due violette ...i prezzi sono onesti. Noi in due abbiamo speso 41 euro. Ci sono portate per tutte le tasche. Se volete pranzare o cenare in giardino vi consiglio di arrivare presto...i posti non sono molti sotto il pergolato. Nonostante siamo in Germania abbiamo cenato alle ore 20. Ci ritornerei molto volentieri ...ma siamo solo di passaggio.
Wir waren erstmals mit Freunden dort. Schon der gemütliche Eingang, wo wir den Apero genossen, war eine Reise wert. Das traditionelle 4 Gang Menü mit Sommertrüffel und Rindstournedos war hervorragend. Auch die beiden Weine aus der Kaiserstuhl- Region waren hervorragend. Sowohl die Zimmer, als auch das Frühstücksbuffet waren sehr gut. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal in diesem tollen Lokal.
this restaurant is great. the garden around the house is worth a visit. they can sit in this beautiful garden with so many flowers round and enjoy really nice eating. I would say they cook classic South German kitchen. beautifully made and fresh. beautiful place for a Sunday dinner. we're coming back. but they should definitely reserve a table.
we arrived quite late and could immediately go to our table and enjoy the very good menu. we checked after dinner and found a very pleasant and clean room with comfortable beds and the latest bathroom facilities. the breakfast was again rich and of...very good quality
