Our lunch was beyond expectation. I was honestly surprised by the quality and the presentation of the dishes. Seasonal vegetables were used, including many that were not commonly found, eg black and violet radish. The taste was perfect. This being an establishment that is training future chef and serving staff is really worth your time.
