The two of us stayed in this great hotel for one night, our room was very nice, spacious and well maintained. Our main focus, however, was the Michelin-starred restaurant Reuter in the evening, which really picked us up with its food and perfectly matched wine accompaniment. The extremely courteous and very professional service was also brilliant. Since I come from the catering industry myself, it is always a great pleasure for me to meet such committed, polite and passionate colleagues throughout the hotel. We would love to come back!!!

I'm here often. In my opinion, the service, reception, flexibility, friendliness and cleanliness are top notch here. Breakfast is 1a and doesn't have to hide behind big city 5*. Regional products are served, another plus.
