"We came here for Devonshire tea and where wowed by the softness of the scones. We also shared a plate of sandwiches which were average as the bread was a bit dry and the fillings were nothing special. The dill and cucumber sandwich was delicious though and a highlight of the occasion. It is a lovely place set in a lovely location though if you decide to specialise in high tea some of the small touches like homemade jam or fresh baked bread would make it go a long way."

Went here for the first time, booked for two for a 12pm seating on valentines day. Once we got there we didnt have to wait long to be guided to our seats nor be offered the complimentary wine and drinks menu. We waited no longer than 10 minutes for the food to come out. The staff were kind enough to explain each and every item on the plates. The food itself were fresh, the quiches were warm just like they came out of the oven, the scones were the perfect texture and full of flavour. The desserts freshly made and delicious, the tea was incredible, the decor was breathtaking and the staff were the right amount of friendliness and helpful and weren't overbearing. I will gladly return
Nous sommes venus ici pour le thé Devonhire et où la douceur des scones vacillait. Nous avons également partagé une assiette de sandwichs en moyenne car le pain était un peu sec et le remplissage n'avait rien de spécial. Cependant, le sandwich de l'aneth et du concombre était délicieux et un point culminant de l'opportunité. C'est un endroit agréable dans un endroit magnifique lorsque vous décidez de vous spécialiser dans le thé élevé, certaines des petites notes telles que la confiture maison ou le retour de pied fraîcheur le laisseraient loin.
Soupir. Regardez, car le service était décent (j'ai été servi par Kate, elle était belle et toutes) la nourriture était très à la mode. Et ma bonté, le scone était beaucoup trop sucré et friable .. Ne pas être mon goût et comment les scones devraient être! Je ne pouvais pas terminer les 4 desserts petish parce que c'était trop sucré et que la diapositive du caramel semblait être loin quand je viens de prendre un peu. Ils ont goûté à de nombreux endroits de thé à thé élevé autour de Sydney. Douleur
Sigh. Look the service was decent (I was served by Kate, she was nice and all) however, the food was very bland. And my goodness, the scone was way too sweet and crumbly.. Not to my liking and how scones should be! I wasn't able to finish the 4 petite desserts because it was way too sweet and the caramel slide seemed off as I only took a small bite..They have got to improve the quality of the traditional high tea as I know from experience and have tasted numerous high tea places around Sydney.
