Love this place. The best SUSHI BY FAR. I look at myself as a food expert and extremely picky. Gaysha is one of the best sushi spots I've been to for a long time. The sushi is as fresh as if they just fished it out of the ocean. I have seen Takeshi Kamioka, the owner comes with a large cooler filled with fresh fish he selected for the day, no deliveries, Takeshi goes and catches the fish himself. Love that. The staff is also fun, knowledgeable and friendly. We are here regularly and it always feels a bit like cheers as we know the entire staff. Oh and I mentioned all the cool and wonderful works of art displayed on the walls of Gaysha, some of which belong to Takeshi. Fun, funny crowd. Love...
Freshest Sushi, bar none!. I first stumbled on Gaysha by chance during their opening night. Although they didn't have their full menu available, I already knew I'd struck gold. The love affair has continued since. Menu items like clams, oysters, uni and toro are offered when at their freshest, just like the fish. The owner is always able and willing to offer something not on the menu if you're feeling adventurous. Try it out. I know you'll keep coming back for more.
This is likely the best and freshest sushi I've had in South Florida. The carpaccio was outstanding, and we ordered around ten dishes to share, with each one exceeding our expectations. The service was also excellent, with friendly staff who created a welcoming atmosphere.
This was my first visit, and I can’t wait to return. It’s not your average sushi restaurant, which is a great thing. It’s no surprise that it has a 97% approval rating. Delicious! The staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is wonderfully relaxed. Réservez une table maintenant
