I'll be brief and to the point. The gentleman who took my order was cool. He had my food ready pretty quickly on this visit. The potato had a unsavory burnt spot on the bottom, but that thing was fully loaded and delicious. It was a great starchy all in one meal. The Philly Potato and Baked Potatoes are also worth trying!

Service was horrible!! The lady that works at the counter at the Lovejoy location, has a very rude demeanor. The food doesn’t taste as good as the one in Jonesboro by Roses. The lady in the photo is rude. She thought we said chill cheese fires not potato. She got really loud with us when we corrected her. Please work on your customer service.
