Wow! How have I lived in central Dallas so many years and never knew about Georgie?! I have driven past it many times and didn’t even notice it. My husband and I have a date night every Friday evening and I like to try new places. Our regular spots (so you get a sense of our general taste) are Al’s for when we’re in a steakhouse mood, Hillstone (chain restaurant choice) and Sister (overall vibe pasta). I selected Georgie based on the OT reviews and the photographs of the interior design. I’m used to restaurants passing the vibe check with decor but the food being very underwhelming. Dinner was lovely as usual. The food was delicious and the service was superb. It’s one of our favorite Saturday night spots. Georgies has great energy and a really cool vibe.
