She claimed that the phone wasn’t working when others were using it without any issues. After someone else let her in, she arrived at my door with a Gerrity's cart that she needed to return. I tried to communicate that I couldn’t bend down to pick up the items she needed and asked if she could transfer them to another cart. Instead of helping, she stood there while I did all the work, leaving me with back pain.
I mentioned that I would be calling the store to file a complaint, to which she responded, "Go right ahead." It was clear she had no respect for anyone, particularly for those of us with health issues. She seemed more focused on rushing to her next delivery rather than properly handl...
I was quite displeased by the encounter I had with an employee at Gerritys, who approached me with a rude attitude. While I was on a phone call, I momentarily had my mask down below my nose. The employee, whom I can only describe as a "mask enforcer," insisted that I cover my face properly, which I did. However, I noticed him turning around multiple times to check on me. As I continued my shopping, I observed the deli worker slicing meat without his mask covering his nose. During my short visit, I also spotted three other customers with their noses exposed and another employee at the customer service desk who wasn't wearing their mask properly either.
One driver, Francis, truly stands out. He goes above and beyond by greeting my dog and giving her treats and toys. Today, he came with two large bags from his car filled with cat toys, dog toys, and treats, and allowed me to pick which ones I wanted! He thanks us for choosing Gerrity’s every time, and then he’s on his way. His pride in his work is evident, and he even spends his own money to buy things for our pets. He’s simply the best, and I hope he knows it! Thank you, Francis, and everyone who is involved in our orders!
Pretty ridiculous you can only buy garbage stickers at the service counter and ONLY on the one side you have to wait behind people who have orders because you HAVE to buy them at the service counter. Really should start selling them at registers and the self check out counter so people who are buying both groceries and garbage stickers can get them at the registers and people who are only buying garbage stickers can just go to the service counter grab their stickers and leave.

I came across a video online that showed the store’s policy of not allowing entry without a mask. That’s your choice, just as it’s my choice not to shop there. However, the most concerning aspect of the video was the customer service. Leaving the mask issue aside, your employees were incredibly rude. If this is the standard of customer service you provide, then you have much bigger problems than just people refusing to wear masks.
I made a special trip to get strawberries on Saturday for Easter Sunday dinner. When I went to prep them Easter morning more than half of both containers had mold . Soo disappoint in this store and it 's fresh fruit . This is not the first time it has happened but it will be the last.
The prices for produce are consistently quite high, but overall, it's an okay place. I wish they would bring back the bench that used to be outside so that customers have somewhere to sit while waiting for the bus.
My favorite is Gerritys hot food,only wish they were closer. I live in Effort and there was supposed to be a Gerritys opening here . Don’t know what happened

We both enjoyed our deli meals today. I had the chicken francaise and hubby the fish. Both delicious. Great store, friendly staff. Go there all the time.
Due to the way Gerrity's managed the situation during COVID-19, I have decided to stop being a customer.
