Wow, who would have thought? I've been driving past this place for years! It’s open, clean, and welcoming, with ample parking. A big thank you to the Blue Butts Colon Cancer Run for introducing us to this wonderful local gem. The staff and patrons are friendly, creating a great atmosphere. For anyone who has trouble with stairs, there’s an accessible entrance at the back by the picnic tables. Easy access!

This place is always a top choice whenever I'm in town. It's a lovely bar that's a refreshing alternative to the usual larger sports bars. The bartenders are friendly, and the clientele is pleasant as well. I always make it a point to stop by and soak in the great atmosphere.

The Getaway is by far the best place to meet and have great drinks and fun. The people are excellent; and Dan the owner is awesome. Mallory is an excellent bartender. The Getaway, by far, outshines all other taverns around West Peoria..
