Came here to try the black garlic Tonkatsu ramen. I'll get straight to it. The broth- tasted like pollo loco chicken. Almost as if each bite had a slap of the chicken skin. I enjoy the taste of charred pollo loco but I understand that's not every bodies thing. The garlic flavor was there but It was subdued by a heavy use of pepper. I still went to town on it. The chasu- My piece was thin and crispy with the right balance of fat. Tasted fresh. Didn't taste like refrigerated meats. The egg- basic egg. Was a little overdone. Food was delicious and service was one of the best we've had in a while. We got so much food for such a reasonable price. This place is a must try. We will be coming back again. The bowls here were surprisingly good. Will definitely have to try the ramen next time. The cali roll had the perfect ratio of imitation crab to avocado. Also, the cucumber rolls were some of the best we’ve had, if you’re into that sorta thing. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Giant Ramen is about thousand feet from the house I've grown up in now this nice little spot is going to grow my stomach out. Today I will try the Sunrise Roll (16.16) made in about 10 minutes and out the door

We've been going here for many years. We love the food the great service. Sushi ramen is delicious and flavorful. We go at least once a week.
