I have been a customer of this business for long long years me and my family and in different locations basically I used to love it anywhere.I went last week to the one in miami lakes 154 st bought a salad and a soup total $19.78The salad was 10.50 plus $3 for the tuna whose they charge asideThe most ridiculous thing I have ever seen please look at the pics I have shared$14 For greens and 2 oz of protein which is the tuna I hadThe served the tuna I had to pay aside in the same TINY container as the dressingBeyond disrespectful and even more when I complained to manager very calmly she said that’s the way it isI don’t need to say I won’t come backMoney does not grow on treesI think they have to treat customer Better and never forget the reason the my have a business in the first place is because of people like me

This place will never get an order from me or my family again. They take forever for the wrong order and didn't send was was ordered. I ordered a Thai Salad and Roasted Pecans, for a total of 35 dollars. The salad was just lettuce and carrots, no protein and the Pecans never got here.Food: 1/5

It has been a few years since we visited and were disappointed. We found the ingredients not to be of good quality. Feta cheese was tasteless and gummy and all the same shape not crumbly and milky. Same for the rest of the ingredients. Very little kale...mostly lettuce. Bummer.Food: 1/5

I visited Giardino at Miami lakes. Matt was absolutely perfect, kind, and made my experience amazing. He had a smile on his face and most important made my wrap and salads with love,great job!A happy customer, Karina
