we went on Thursday night, early, 4:30. there were some other tables with people, so it wasn't crowded. we have made reservations that were not really necessary at the time. our waitress said there would be 80 reservations for this evening, but so the place is very crowded, and I would recommend making reservations. Anyway, eating was excellent and the service. four people in our party we had the salmon that had a margarita pizza that had to be lasagne and one had the captivating carbonara. all meals were 5 stars. thew also have a nice dessert menu, although we were full for dessert.

They have definitely rebuilt the restaurant options in lemon grove. Don't miss out on this hidden gem. The food and service were great. Authentic Italian food at a reasonable price. We tried the garlic, chicken parmigiana, lasagna, crab filled ravioli with vodka sauce plus spaghetti and meatballs. Everything tasted so fresh and vibrant. Pasta was Al dente not overcooked. Mariana perfectly seasoned. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Family friendly restaurant. Parking is a bit tricky. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Awesome restaurant.

One of my favorite Italian restaurants in San Diego. I've been here for dinner and happy hour and had great experiences both times. Lots of tasty options and I've never ordered the same thing twice. The only reason I am not give it 1 star is because Kacey was helpful and friendly. My mistake was ordering in person instead ahead of time but still 1 hour and 18 minutes is a long time. This was my 3rd visit and I am still impressed with the amazing food. At some restaurants Fettuccine Carbonara can be on the salty side but Giardino's was a perfect, creamy balance of flavor. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5

Too expensive, didn't like the water melon Fresca, Had to ask for bread twice, it's down the road from a strip club and the BMW was on fire. Rather have went to the strip club. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

that was great. we used the Thursday date night special. it was wonderful. grateful they still offer free.
