We tried the Vegans Rejoice Burger and Meatless Tacos at Gillerson's Grubbery. The burger comes with an apple cranberry jam on an impossible burger patty, served on a vegan bun. The tacos were made with impossible burger meat, corn tortillas, pickled red onions, cilantro, and hot sauce. We also ordered a side of pickled beets. The staff at Gillerson's Grubbery were friendly and easy to talk to. The bar employees were also engaging. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, with a constantly changing beer list and excellent music. We would give them 5 stars, but the app only allows reviews for vegan restaurants. this is one of only a few restaurants that have begun to carry impossible Burger-Patties, so I was excited to try a burger with this plant patty at a place that was close to home. I wasn't disappointed. the patty was perfectly prepared and all toppings were fresh and delicious. our waiter was also very friendly and attentive to our needs. we were full, but still managed to finish a dessert that was also very tasty. As long as they wear veggie alternatives, I will come back, but would still recommend everyone, even if they have set these alternatives. Thank you!
a delightful experience. the prices were fair, and the portions were generous. the place was quite full, but the service has not suffer because it. eating was very good and the burger tasted great. they had a wide range of drinks. the waiter was a nice man who took care of our party. the parking space in the city can be quite hard, but this is not a fault of the restaurant. the casino is close when they want to try their luck at the payment for their meal.
burgers were delicious and come with a selection of sides. waffelfries were well seasoned and delicious. the grubby margarita with lavender was ok, I feel like it was nice to see, but tasted more like tart lime juice. the service was really great, friendly and attentive. the beer menu was extensive and had something for everyone. overall a great meal and experience.

The atmosphere, service, and selection of beers were excellent. However, the burgers were somewhat disappointing. The bun was overly large and dry, which overshadowed some of the flavors. On the plus side, the rebel duck burger featured fantastic carnitas and bacon, and the tater tots were delicious. I would consider returning for the beer and cheese curds.
I order the impossible burger almost every week! It is delicious and highly customizable. They also have a "Vegan's Delight" burger that changes with the seasons, but is always amazing. Visiting this place is a must for vegans, they will not be disappointed!
Located in the heart of downtown Aurora, this place offers an impressive selection of local craft beers and delicious food. The staff creates a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. I will definitely keep coming back!
large gastropub. eating, brewing and server always top notch. they would have everything they can eat beer battery Cid...Fantastic! so good the taco version must be on the menu all year.

Our server, jun(sp) was wonderful. Food was fine. It's similar to your typical steakhouse close to shopping malls.
