We had a group at the Caboto Club tonight for a 90th birthday party. This event was booked well over 2 months in advance. The Caboto did not assign a specific server to our room even though we had 40 people.They did not take drink orders we had to walk up to the bar each time we wanted drinks. They did not refill our water jugs we had to walk up to the bar ourselves.Our pizzas took over an hour to arrive and one hour after everyone else had been served, 3 people still had not received their food.I went up to the bar, spoke to a server to tell her 3 people hadn 't received their food yet and that everyone would like coffee tea. Amazing staff!!! The servers at my daughter's wedding were unbelievable. They made the whole experience for us! The hall was beautiful and the food was amazing. I was specifically brought my own delicious plate of gluten and lactose free food. Sound was amaxing for dancing and you couldn't hear the music overflow from surrounding weddings at the venue due to their wonderful soundproofing in each hall. There are elevators for second and lower floor access. I have nothing negative to say except perhaps that the room where the bartender mixed drinks was extremely warm. Extra ventilation or air conditioning into that room would have been nice. Thanks Caboto for a beautiful wedding reception!
Its rip off to order pizza from them. I asked the price on the phone and ordered the pizza but when I reached to get my order they told me different price and said take it or leave it and it happened twice. Very poor business and talking sense. This isthe last time we are ordering from them. their price are different everywhere. they charge what they like. never doin anybusiness with the bar , pizzeria and the club any more. I also recommend people to watch out
I would give this place zero stars if I could. We went for Mother's Day dinner in the pizza section and had preordered, but the lady messed up our order and refused to correct it. She spoke to us condescendingly and insisted that we were the ones at fault. The level of unprofessionalism was shocking. We should have gone to Ciociaro like we usually do. Lesson learned—I'll never return to this restaurant with such terrible service.

Terrible experience getting order right. Ordered 3 gluten free pasta and received zero. It was an “oversight” when asked.3 celiac guests had no pasta. One was the guest of honour!This is the same as ordering meals, paying for them and receiving nothing if they can’t be eaten.They didnt really care. Would not recommend to anyone as customer service was completely non existent
Dinner was terrible. I felt bad for our server. They were definitely understaffed for such a large event. The food was cold by the time it reached us. The portions sent for our table were not adequate. When we asked for more, we were told that there wasn't any. Many in the room were complaining.
I am the co-owner of Balloons By Design,While working early morning on a event setup the staff was just lovely, even offering some coffee. Full of positivity and good energy, we had an excellent experience
Beautiful Cluborganized, clean, big.but there's just one weird thingall this beautiful details and the elevator in the Club it's like 50 years oldthis is not good for a famous clubjust a personal opinion

I went here for my aunts funeral. The staff was nice, the food was good. The desserts were bomb. Though the wine was a bit dry for my liking .
