I’m a regular. Been a fan of the King Arthur for years. My advice is that you dine in. Busy or slow, your pizza is served within 15 minutes. Today was the first time we decided to order online, paid in advance with our credit card and included a tip. We were given the pick up time so we drove and parked in front. We were on time but the pizza was not. Hostess asked us to wait another 10-15 minutes. 1 hour later, we were still waiting. Giovanni’s was jamming and I hadn’t observed any take outs from the time I arrived. Service was really poor. I could have been sold more drinks if the sever had an opinion about what was good when I asked for a recommendation and checked in on our table at all. It was hard to even get water topped up. Saw other tables getting water and being checked in on but our server was just not around. Ordered the edamame appetizer and it was fantastic. The main was a Ruben with a soggy piece of bread that had sat too long before being brought to the table. Also ordered a pizza which was searing hot but tasty.
Took about a 20 minute wait to be seated. From the outside you don't realize how big the restaurant is until you actually walk in to be seated. Very lively inside. Our waitress was very nice and also on top of things. There's a bar area inside and while we waiting for our check a musician was setting up to start playing live, kinda disappointed I wasn't able to hear some live music but anyways on a solid note the food was good and my overall experience was pretty good
Best food I’ve had in a while. Pizza was cooked to perfection, and our waitress was the most hospitable friendly person on the island. If you’re looking for something like pizza.,  Beer, pastrami, sandwiches pasta you can’t beat this place. It was amazing.

Live music is too loud. Hard to have a conversation. Overall experience was good. Food was decent. Very pleasant server, but he has a lot of tables to cover so hard to get his attention sometimes.
The pizza there is so delicious we ate there 3 times while vacationing in Waikiki! You must try the pepperoni pizza
Service was excellent. We went for Happy Hour. Food was ok but nothing special. Prices are good.
The food was good! I had a fun time, although the restaurant was very hot.
