Met with Michelle. She was wonderful. I was not feeling the atmosphere at first but she came and attended my wife and I very nicely. She was attentive to detail and made our experience a lot nicer. Glorias at addison should be happy to have am amazing employee like Michelle. She was awesome. Her manager was great as well. He came by and made sure we were well taken care of. Great job for hiring great employees.. Michelle is amazing

Always a great time at Glorias. The food and the service was great. I was there in celebration of my friends birthday. I ordered the tamales since I wasn't very hungry but still couldn't eat them all because they were very filling. The 3 tamales were moist, wrapped in banana leaf cut in half. I took some home. My daughter I loved them, they are delicious.

Michelle was our waiter today at glorias in addison and she was amazing. She gave us the best recommendations and was very attentive to our needs. Couldn't ask for a better service she was amazing.

the service was phenomenal and the food was amazing, had willy jr as our server he was very on top of everything never had to ask for a refil, i would recommend this place for sure.

We had a wonderful experience sitting at the bar. Our servers, Raul and Marcos, were incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was fantastic, and the drinks were excellent.
