Glory Days have to say was somewhat disappointing. The waiter was good and that was about it. The wings were not spicy and not hot temperature wise. Their shrimp appetizer was not good at all. Especially for the price they charged. The drinks were also not to par. I had to change my review in Glory Days. The manager reached out to me and apologized for the service and asked if i would return . I frequently dine at Glory Days (Lorton). One of the things that keeps me coming back is the consistency of the food and service from one waiter in particular, Jake.. Jake is always attentive and engaging, usually going out of his way to make sure I enjoy my experience. I order many different items from their menu and always accompany them with a nice glass of Story Pointe Cabernet, cheers! We know staffing challenges are reality, but yet you guys seem to ?never miss a beat?.. Keep up the great work! I will continue to recommend to my friends and out of town guests. Glory Days Lorton is a hidden gem in fairfax county!
Second time at a Glory Days. First time at this location. Clean, nice atmosphere, courteous staff. Ordered Smoked Wing Thigh appetizer. Large portion for an appetizer and nicely plated. Was a bit on the dry side and wished it would have had more of a true smoked taste with more rub. Portion big enough to take home and cut up and add to some pasta for lunch tomorrow. After got the meatloaf sandwich. Again played nicely. Like my fries a bit crisper but seasoned well. Good sandwich for cold day. Over all pleasant visit will return when I am in the area.

**Old Review / Takeout Experience:** I ordered takeout from Glory Days, so I didn't get to experience the dine-in atmosphere. I chose one of their burgers, and it was amazing. You could really tell that the meat was of excellent quality, and the toppings were thoughtfully arranged. The bread was toasted perfectly. The French fries were homemade and well-seasoned, with the skin left on. If Glory Days were closer to my home, it would definitely be my go-to burger spot.
However, the manager approached me and sincerely apologized for the service, asking if I would consider returning. I decided to give it another shot, and I was pleasantly surprised by the improvement. Our server, Miranda, was exceptionally polite and attentive throughout our visit. The nachos we ordered were delicious, and the drinks were enjoyable as well.
Overall, I’m glad I went back for a second chance. Thank you, Glory Days, I’m happy to say I’m back!
However, during my visit two nights ago, things didn't go as smoothly. They forgot one of our items along with the accompanying sides, and the service was quite slow. Several customers were either waiting for their food or seeking refunds due to the long wait, even though the restaurant wasn't crowded at the time. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reduce my rating by one star. On a positive note, the fried chicken sandwich was excellent.
For a group dinner. We sat, but within 5min, our group was moved to another set of tables that had a few less seats and significantly less space. (The above was my only complaint). The service was fast and attentive, the menu offered numerous possibilities, the food was delicious and the portions served were great. I enjoy the atmosphere at Glory Days and try to eat 1-2 times a month here, although I usually go to her Burke, VA location.

Get the short rib chuck grind for your hamburger. It cost $2 more but well worth it. Large selection of beer wine and spirits. Happy hour specials include 3.49 for 16 oz domestic draft. Varied menu includes salads sandwiches ribs and other items. Excellent service.
