For dessert, we ordered a donut hole and ice cream, which my wife absolutely loved. When it was time to settle the bill, we received someone else's check by mistake. While we waited for ours, I noticed two separate parties being brought to tables, only to be sent back to the front because the tables hadn’t been cleared yet. There seemed to be a communication issue in the restaurant, and they may have been short-staffed.
Although the service was friendly, it definitely felt disorganized. The waitstaff appeared quite young, and we even got a little chuckle out of a neighboring waiter enthusiastically telling the three ladies at the table across from us that everything they ordered was his fav...
This was my second visit to Glendon Grill. The service was friendly, but it was a bit slow and not very attentive. The glaze on my braised short ribs was overly sweet, and it should've been mentioned on the menu. It felt more like a Thai dish than traditional short ribs. The meal came with just a side of vegetables, and I would have preferred something like rice or potatoes to go with it. Prices were on the higher side. I had to look for the waiter to order coffee and dessert. My dinner companion had the Andouille sausage, shrimp, and grits special, and it was quite underwhelming.
As usual, we had a fine set of entrees here. I had the braised lamb shank which was excellent, in a bed of mashed potatoes. My wife had one of the flatbreads and really enjoyed it. Also the service was excellent as usual. However, this restaurant could certainly stand to improve on their Caesar Salad. It was a poor excuse for that type of salad and is not in keeping with the rest of this restaurant's level. We certainly will return and recommend this place highly and hope they do something to improve their Casesar Salad.
The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. We had a wonderful waiter best we've had anywhere in awhile. He was vey attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and he had many tables he was taking care of. We could see he was the same to all his customers. Unfortunately I can't remember his name or I would post it here. It was our first visit here and we will definitely be going back.

I celebrated birthdays with two friends on a Thursday night. Our server, Griff, was fantastic and had a wonderful personality. The food was excellent! We each had a cocktail and wrapped up the evening by sharing two delicious desserts.
Food, drinks, and service were all great. While I was eating, I witnessed an altercation that ruined my experience in which a manager yelled at a server unjustifiably. Will not be returning.
The server was helpful, attentive and funny. The food, as always, was brought correct and was good.
Portobello burger on the lunch menu was AMAZING!! We had a great waiter named Griff.
