Dim sum is ordered by marking choices on a menu sheet, which you then hand to the staff. I’m not certain if there’s an English version of the menu, as ours was in Chinese, but I’m sure the staff would be happy to assist with translations if needed. The quality of the dim sum here is comparable to, or even better than, many places in London’s Chinatown. One highlight is the Yolk Bun, which is hard to find elsewhere in London. This steamed bun resembles a custard bun but features a creamy, runny, salty egg yolk center with a slightly sandy texture. It's best enjoyed hot, so make sure to eat it right away when it arrives.
