I ordered delivery today and called to check on the status when my food hadn't arrived as expected. The customer service I received over the phone was excellent, and the delivery driver was delightful as well! The food arrived shortly after, and to my surprise, there was a complimentary extra included, which was very thoughtful and delicious. We didn't mind waiting a few extra minutes for our food, especially from a restaurant we've enjoyed before that truly knows how to take care of its customers! Ordered a delivery. Went for the really expensive steak amongst other stuff. I've had it before so knew what to expect. When I tasted it it just tasted of washing up liquid. Everyone agreed. Rang messaged and FB messaged and oddly no response. Super disappointed as previously had been okay. Won't use again Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1
Tasteless, sauce less, none descript Two dishes order from the looks could not tell the difference and taste wise couldn’t tell the difference, one chicken cashew other Kung Poo, rice glupy. One star given for the noodles and free prawn crackers. Sorry but after a busy week and a treat was extremely disappointed. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
