We made a reservation for 530, showed up on time, got sat right at 530. The kids got their first course brought out right away. We asked the person that dropped the kid's appetizers out if we had to order appetizers on the app, he said we needed to order from the waitress and walked away. The kids finished their food before she came to get our drink orders, she didn't give us a chance to order our appetizers. 20 minutes later we finally got our teas and our appetizer and dinner order in. We received our appetizers and the kids got their meals. We sat for an hour and a half and never received our meals. Ordered a meal for a family of four. Two adults and two kids. Worse experience I’ve personally had with dining in Oahu. We came before the dinner rush and received only partial portions of our meal (valued at roughly 170 dollars) kids received only two parts of their three course meal. We received our appetizers after about 45 minutes. Service was non communicative and dismissive. Kids had already gotten their apps and main meal and were finished by the time we saw any adult appetizers. At an hour and a half mark it became clear our main dishes were not coming. (Duck breast and gnocchi dishes) after realizing we wouldn’t see our main meal we decided to address the staff. No apology was given...
Every time we visit, the service and food are outstanding. I often recommend this place to others because the food is truly exceptional. Dani, Kanai'i, and our server Amiee provided stellar service as well. For our entrees, we had the truffle gnocchi, fish and chips, and chirashi bowl, each offering unique flavors that were spot on. The burrata was incredibly creamy, and we also tried the new pork belly, which was incredibly delicious. Overall, it was an amazing dining experience!
On the positive side, they were kind enough to substitute a salad for fries at no extra charge, and the waitstaff were friendly, although they were clearly busy. The food did take a while to arrive, but that's to be expected in resort areas. One last note: Despite how the photos might suggest, the restaurant is actually situated in a strip mall with a lot of asphalt around it. That's fine, but don’t expect a natural setting.

I always have a good experience here. The lilikoi mint drink is my favorite.. gnnochi is a must try. Staff is always kind and helpful! The tables outside felt COVID-safe. The waitstaff was wonderful, but the host wasn't very friendly. I really enjoyed the meal and the martini was excellent. We dined early, but the red wine tasted as if it had been opened the night before and didn't quite meet expectations.
Everything was ok, but not great. Food was average and service was a little inexperienced. Probably wouldn’t go back.
We ordered and shared some dishes. Brussels sprouts cauliflower was good, the two rolls were good. we will be back!

I really enjoy the outdoor seating, especially during the pandemic. The food servers are friendly and polite.
The service and food were excellent. It’s a bit on the expensive side for lunch, but definitely worth it.
