Not sure if it's only this location, or the shrinkflation just got worse, but the fish pieces were really small. Also smaller was the garden salad and even the side of fries seems to be smaller.Plus, the place was really dirty. First and last time in this Bronze ChickNOTE: A canned response I've seen you using for all the complaints? I will not be following that form as suggested. Better yet, I challenge GC Corporate to visit this location and see it with your own eyes.
I had a disappointing experience with the customer service. They got my order wrong and didn't apologize when I had to return to the restaurant to address it. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've encountered this issue, and overall, it was a negative experience.
Good is really good. There normally isn't a line at this location so I always get my food fast and the order is correct. Chicken places normally serve biscuits, but they serve buns here and they are so good.
Outstanding roasted chicken. The roasted chicken itself is worth the trip. It's so good. You won't regret it. Réservez une table maintenant
This was a one-time experience. The side options were limited and nothing stood out. It was just chicken.
