I've been a regular at this restaurant and had great experiences before the pandemic. However, during my last two visits, I've noticed some troubling changes. The woman at the counter has charged me more than what’s listed on the menu, and she's not very friendly either. The quality of the food has declined, and the restroom conditions are quite unsanitary. Additionally, she won't allow customers to bring their own water, insisting that we pay $5 for hers. I won’t be returning, and I strongly recommend you do the same. This place needs to be closed!! Unfortunately you can’t give lower than one star. There are 10 million other Chinese restaurants and your establishment does not have to be one of them for people to support. To get on the phone yelling that you checked a bag instead of listening to the customer tell you that there were items missing is UNACCEPTABLE!!! You NEED the customers to stay open, especially during a recession. Don’t bite the hand that feeds YOU!!!!
Their food wasn't that flavorful I order like three items over 50 dollars and I asked them if they will give me a free canceled or they said no I asked them for hot spicy oil and they want to charge me 25 cents still on top of that other places their food and flavorful and then on charge you for hot oil or or you know and they give you free soda if you spend more than $25 I don't recommend you eat there

Today, my family and I dined at this restaurant, and I have to say we were quite disappointed with the overpriced food. I've been to many Chinese restaurants, but I've never encountered such high prices for such low-quality items. Even the plastic plates and soy sauce were subpar. Unfortunately, this was the worst dining experience we've ever had.
I wasn't able to dine at the restaurant, but the staff was very attentive to my needs. They provided me with a container to heat up my leftovers in the microwave, as I was staying at an Airbnb. I ordered shrimp lo mein, and the food was decent.
Customer service was great. Price is very reasonable, actually pretty good for the portion. Chicken was cooked upon request and very fresh. Overall good but sightly bland. I'd eat here again, if I were close.
The food didn’t have much flavor and the dishes I ordered had barely any meat, but more than anything the customer service here is bad… The lady at the front is NOT friendly at all.
