I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The employees should be calling out mobile orders when they are ready. I arrived 5 minutes before the expected pick-up time and saw my drink sitting behind the counter, looking like it had been there for a while. I waited for 10 minutes before finally approaching the staff to ask about my order. The woman handed me my drink, but most of the ice had melted. I hope the owner addresses this issue, as I'm sure I'm not the first customer this has happened to. The drinks are too expensive to be left sitting and melting like that.
I usually go order on their app and pick up. This location is rarely meets the promised time. Today, I walked in to pick up my order which was promised at 1:36, I walked in at 1:31 and walked out at 1:47. People walked in, placed orders, got their drinks and left before me. I saw that part of my order was made and sitting there just waiting for the rest of my order. To add insult to injury, my order was wrong. Still giving the 4 starts because the drinks still tasted good but the service speed needs work. The location is Lorton is much more efficient.
This Kung Fu Tea location is the only one that’s inconsistent when it comes to making the drinks. The flavor is never correct or the same, depending on who makes the drink. I just wasted money AGAIN ordering a drink with less than 100% sweetness, only to get a drink with ZERO sweetness. It’s basically milky water with ice and bubbles. What’s the point of offering different levels of sweetness when you’re not going to measure it correctly???This is so annoying because I also gave a tip when paying for my order. Never again!
The bubble tea at this restaurant is fantastic and the staff is incredibly friendly! They managed the steady stream of customers with ease. Despite being a popular spot, the service was so quick that I didn't have to wait long at all (unlike other Kung Fu Tea locations). I definitely plan on visiting more frequently in the future!

I always order my usual drink. The times I usually come are never busy so I?m in and out. When it?s busy, it?s busy! The longest I?ve waited is about 15-18 minutes. Half of my break time lol. Did not get my mango jelly the last time I ordered. Associate said it came with it but it wasn?t on it?
I tried the coconut milk tea and it was absolutely delicious. This restaurant tends to be on the sweeter side compared to others, but I still found it to be very enjoyable. The establishment was clean and the restroom was also very tidy. I would definitely return again.
I am frustrated with the continual mistakes in my order at this restaurant. The last straw was being charged extra for a topping I didn't request. I have decided to try other options, such as Tead Do, even though it's further away.
I ordered a Taro Slush and got a Taro Milk Tea instead. I don’t even like milk teas.I realized it after I got home so wasn’t going back to ask them about it.Had to throw the whole thing away. Wasted $10.

It's a good place to hang out as it doesn't close early. But to be honest, the drinks are mostly milk. Honey milk Green tea does contain some green tea for sure, but it feels like It's mostly milk.
