My partner and I ordered from this take away as our usual was closed and this was the only one close enough opened. Our delivery time kept being changed, we ordered at 19:40 and the food didn’t arrived until almost 21:00. We have them a call just to check up and the man who picked up yelled to us saying that because we phoned no other people could order and that he was going to hung up giving us no information and in a really rude tone. This was a call of no longer than 2 minutes! When our food came it was already cold as I am guessing they kept it there cooked for a while!! And it wasn’t even tasty. I will not recommend to order from this takeaway at all, we will never again.
I recently placed an order with this restaurant through Deliveroo, but one item was missing. When we called to inquire about the missing item, the person we spoke to shouted at us. He treated us as if we were trying to get a free meal, even though our order was quite large. When we called the restaurant again, the person on the phone was not willing to help because the person who packed our order claimed that he had packed everything. The staff was very rude and the customer service was extremely poor.
The delivery man was annoying and rude trying to tell me off for 5 times because I forgot to put the number of my flat. Besides, the food was disgusting and specifically noodles came with more soya than noodles and all these facts with a pubic hair inside of one dish. PLEASE REMOVE THIS RESTAURANT FROM TRIP ADVISOR!!!!!
Awful food awful service Missed out some of our order and had to walk back to collect it then repeat as they said I hadn't? Wasn't even given a recipes food was very greasy king prawn chow mein had four prawns in it chicken balls were burnt dry huge balls of batter I'd never visit again

Food was overcooked, dry and cold. Returned the day after to mention my disappointment and got told “there is nothing I can do now, this is the way our food is cooked if you don’t like it go somewhere else”. Many thanks for the invitation that’s exactly what I’ll do in the future!
The rice smells like it has been on the side for hours and reheated, the noodles was very dry and salty, bbq had no taste, sweet and sour chicken balls was burnt and very oily. It seems that they have a new chef, if I could give less than 1 star I would.
I frequent this takeaway shop almost daily. The food and service are top-notch. I highly recommend this place as it never disappoints. It's the best takeaway shop around.
I ordered a chicken dish from the restaurant and when I got home and started eating it, I realized that the chicken was raw and clearly not cooked thoroughly.

Ordered a take away of curry and it was full of raw onions and mushrooms. No prawns and rubbery beef. Very disappointed
I am very pleased with this place. I come here frequently and the food is always great! Highly recommend!
